were those emails that he claimed that came from the Conti's really from them or not?

I believe they were genuine. It's within his scope of behaviour that he would msg them to claim all this distress and try to draw a parallel with their ongoing struggles with depression. I seriously doubt Kathleen Conti was monitoring that thread as it really wasn't about them personally, just a bizarre blog he wrote that claimed Conti could end up owning the Patterson facility. If I am remembering correctly, they eventually got their settlement reduced upon appeal and it was nowhere near the value of Patterson. Shame on him for feeding them false and sensational information that misled them into thinking they'd own that place. It was so manipulative.

His constant mentioning of his wife and the DISTRESS she was under because anonymous posters on JWN were picking apart his silly Patterson article was pathetic. Had he had any kids by then, they'd have been brought to the forefront as well. It's just sick that he continues to drag them down into his cycles of depression caused by him not getting the final word on everything.

It's interesting how many posters on the old thread jumped to defend what was already, even back then, some pretty manipulative and weird behaviour

And this continued right up to the time of the livestream. Go back to Mike and Kim's OP on this thread and see how many thumbs down their comments got. Even comments which reiterated what Kim Silvio stated were voted down. Many people should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to support a toxic individual even after the JW Watch Head of Operations blew the whistle at him. Even his Patrons spiked by 10-15 in the period between Kim's statement and the livestream.

I know where I stood. It didn't take a statement from his right hand and his disastrous livestream to clue me in on who Lloyd Evans was.

I call bullshit on that conversation ever happening.

It sounded very contrived. But the point of the tweet was at the bottom regarding "far right populism". Like many of his fellow obese, filthy neckbeards who have to pay for sex, Lloyd retreats to Twitter to obsess over political issues to endear himself with women in a lame attempt to get some ass.

The movie was probably on, he saw the swastika flag and since he has no social life other than karaoke night, his thoughts turned to finding a creative way to virtue signal on social media. The electoral victories of Giorgia Meloni in Italy, Viktor Orbán in Hungary, and with him being in nearby Croatia, he saw a window of opportunity.

Oh and his daughter happened to be bored out of her mind on the sofa, noticing how silly Daddy gets the more he consumes those "special" gummy sweets he forbids her to have.

As he often does, he involves his family in his tweets, creating this caring father persona in order to emotionally manipulate the viewer. Instead of two candidates with differing viewpoints from him winning elections in other countries, he makes it into a "far-right" issue and lamely quips something to the effect of "oh how on this earth am I ever going to explain to my daughters how we have learnt nothing since the fall of the Third Reich!"

He's going to fall out with his daughters when they become of age in no small part due to his insisting on whoever they befriend and especially who they get into a relationship with having the same viewpoints as himself. Take a look at the religious demographics of Croatia and you'll see what I mean. 87.4% of Croatians identify as Christians and this is an extremely high rate for 21st century Europe.

Chances are high his daughters will marry into a Christian family. And if their partner supports a political party he doesn't like, well you can see where this is going.

All the Evans girls need to do is find someone who doesn't see prostitutes as a normal way of releasing their sexual frustrations. Also, it's an added bonus if can land a man who can see their genitalia without their belly blocking the view.

If that happens, they will already have married better than Mummy.

A common misconception about Lloyd Evans is that he is highly intelligent. Never mistake someone being articulate for true intelligence. He's certainly a knowledge base about WT doctrine and history. If there were a quiz show about WT, he'd be a returning champion. It's when he attempts to extrapolate his WT/anti-WT based thinking onto real life events you can see how two-dimensional he really is.

Take the last tweet about the swastika appearing on an Indiana Jones movie. He could have easily explained the Third Reich and the second World War (which was in the scope of this movie) to his child, but he just had to take it a step further. Like many shallow people, he overly indulges himself to prove to the world there's another edge to this that not many besides himself can see.

A few years ago, he made a huge deal about celebrating his daughter's first Christmas. He was careful to say that in no way was he celebrating the birth of Christ as an atheist, or that he even believed in the existence of Christ as a real person in history to begin with. Yes, we get it. A lot of atheists and non-Christians celebrate Christmas. But he left Santa Claus ambiguous. He told his daughter there were "rumours" of a Santa character who put the presents under the tree. If you're going to tell your kids about Santa, do it all the way or none of the way. But he had to pontificate about never giving his children false information, despite presenting them with information which led them to believe in Santa Claus to begin with!

Lloyd is "intelligent" in the same way the Dustin Hoffman character in Rainman was. Rainman counted 246 toothpicks that spilt onto the floor in seconds, counted cards from a four-deck shuffle in Vegas like a genius, yet believed that the only place he could purchase underpants was at a particular K-Mart in Cincinnati and took meticulous notes from every episode of People's Court as if the fate of the world depended on it.

Rainman also thought a Vegas call-girl was really romantically interested in him, just like Lloyd believed in Thailand right before he paid them for sex.

I'd better stop before I start referencing a certain line of dialogue from Tropic Thunder about never going full . . .

Has the lawsuit against 'The Magnificent Seven' now fizzled out? Lloyd doesn't seem to want to spout off about it??

It’s on life support and the doctors have been warning Lloyd for months now that it might be best to pull the plug and move on.

If you foolishly blew €5000 (or whatever it was he spent on lawyers) at the roulette table after bragging to everyone you were such an expert and a win was practically guaranteed, would you be keen to provide updates?

His next “update” will probably be a political statement on how governments need to create an international cyber-bullying task force which would enable people to prosecute people in other countries for hurting their feelings and unspecified “lies”.

Lloyd need not worry about his daughters wondering what a swastika means or watching the scary Ark scene from Raiders.

Googling their father’s name provides much more disturbing results. This thread and the Wikitubia entry show up on the first page of search results. I’ll take a bow for the latter; I wrote the fucking thing. Evans girls and Dijana: You’re welcome. First one to kick Daddy/Hubby in the balls gets some sweets posted directly from me.

I just googled my father’s name. I finally got to his obituary on the third google search page. Nothing else. Now do “Lloyd Evans”.

Lloyd’s lawsuit and never ending shitty behaviour might do wonders for his ego but it does jack shit for his children. His counter-strike just didn’t work. SORRY!

My suggestion is for James Lloyd Evans to change his name legally to this:

First name: Jabba

Middle name: The

Surname: Hutt

Then when his daughters want to know who their Daddy really is, googling “Jabba The Hutt” will provide different yet somehow truthful results. “Jabba the Hutt” will lead to wiki pages and other Star Wars fan shit about an obese, filthy, greedy, dishonest space scumbag who you wouldn’t leave your kids with. since when does a court, any court, use only initials on filed papers through the court?

The web service only exists as a courtesy so that people don't have to go into or call into the Sisak Municipal Court every time they need an update. The initials only represent a log of documents filed. The real documents of course have the full name "James Lloyd Evans" on them as well as the M7.

Countries using the "private prosecutor" feature for criminal offences expose themselves (wording!) to a lot of cases which have no merit and are opened out of vengeance or spite. This would never fly in the US, UK, Western Europe and especially Latin America. Can you imagine all the road rage incidents ending up in criminal court with both parties counter-suing each other for petty grievances and trying to play the cop?

And yes, there are the "someone insulted me on the internet and caused me distress" cases.

To successfully litigate this case, it needs to pass a series of thresholds. These judges are not stupid and can recognise a case opened with the sole intent of revenge or harm against the alleged defendant. So these thresholds are well known to the magistrates. The most common threshold is "do the alleged actions constitute a crime?". The next threshold will be "does the private prosecutor have evidence of said crime?"

In Evans's case, he needs to meet an even lower threshold, one of jurisdiction which would have been met if the accused had lived and committed the alleged crimes in Croatia. The problem he has is that ALL of the alleged defendants reside outside the borders of the Republic of Croatia, and that ALL of the alleged infractions also occurred outside these borders. Inside the filings there are specific criminal codes in Croatia that are alleged to have been violated. Are these foreigners subject to Croatian law, especially when these incidents occurred abroad?

Can Saudi Arabia prosecute a non-citizen/resident for drinking alcohol in Amsterdam?

A better analogy would be could a British court hold an American citizen shitposting abroad to the UK's notoriously strict anti-defamation/libel laws?

Is a Sisak Municipal Court judge willing to sign an order effectively extraditing 7 foreign nationals to Sisak? They still can't even get Julian Assange into a US court and this has been going on since 2010.

Can a judge actually watch the Lloyd Evans livestream and subsequently think he has a case?

This is why no one is taking this seriously.

So, what's the latest on the bogus lawsuit? Has Lloyd said anything lately?

I wouldn’t hold your breath. Deep down in that deep fried greasy lard filled brain of his, he knows this case of his is doomed. He’ll never say it publicly nor will he even admit it to himself. He simply thinks he’s too smart for everyone and he’ll show up in court like Al Pacino screaming, “you’re out of order, he’s out of order, THIS COURT’S OUT OF ORDER!!”

Then the Croatian magistrate, impressed by his performance, reviews the case and decides that justice will reign, though the heavens will fall. The judge thinks about the news he will make on the Zagreb nightly news, bringing 7 people overseas to justice in a Sisak court. This is the way Lloyd Evans thinks. Like many people with very little real life interactions to inform them, he uses what he sees on TV as a baseline for what’s likely to happen.

That YT video was taken from a podcast recorded last year. Why they put it up on YT a few months ago is up for debate, my guess is for content their media assistant converted these podcasts to YT content independent of Remini/Rinder.

Remini hosts a game show and has been silent about Lloyd. Rinder has too, though he did like his birthday post, and he’s been promoting his own book about his life in Scientology. Lloyd thinks he’s been attacked but these two are abused daily by Scientology bots. If Remini or Rinder addressed the Lloyd situation there’s a good chance Scientology would pick up on it and connect them with him.

Unlike Lloyd, Rinder and Remini ARE their own content and were close to Miscavige, particularly Rinder. Remini knew all the celebrities and their secrets. Rinder did an audit on Tom Cruise and knows a few of his secrets. They have a lot more to lose than Lloyd and it’s likely they just want no piece of it now. Lloyd also does nothing for them going forward as they are just going to be inundated with questions about hookers and Thailand and that’s not a road they want to go down. And it’s a question that HAS to be asked if they theoretically had Lloyd on again. If Leah brushes off questions about sex trafficking then she gets herself embroiled in it.

This is why you keep the pressure up. There’s no reason to have Lloyd on now because he generally isn’t respected anymore in the exJW Community and has no prominent allies in it. He isn’t doing anything other than make his boring JW videos and threatening people with lawsuits. The guy’s an absolute mess right now and you’re only seeing what he’s letting you see.

Lloyd is reading this right now so I’ll add that he’s looks like Jabba the Hutt and I hope he has a cat because that’s the only pussy he’s getting that doesn’t require him to open up his wallet.

His equipment is top notch. On the Ramacro video he had expensive movie quality spotlights which give his appearance almost a glow-like quality. He probably has 8K cameras, the picture is fairly sharp. Of course it's not like he did any manual labour for this. It was all funded through donations.
